THE CLIENT'S CHALLENGE:

Re-position the Microsoft Surface Pro 4 in Asia as a Premium Device for 18-34 year olds. Uplift sales and brand perception.

WHAT WE DID:

Developed the #AnywhereGeneration campaign, to demonstrate to the target age, how this technology empowers them to do anything, from anywhere. Strategy centered on emotional content with influencer ambassadors to connect meaningfully with target audiences. Delivered through social and digital channels, interactive PR events and in-store activation, using geo-targetting to hook customers in around the vicinity of premium stores.

RESULTS:

  • Highest social results seen at Microsoft APAC on product campaigns with over 1M engagements.

  • Product sales uplifted over 400% during live time.

  • Strong media interest and positive coverage.

GETTING MODERN WITH YOUR TECHNOLOGY

THE CLIENT'S CHALLENGE:

Reignite the Windows 10 PC market by encouraging 18-34 year old's to ditch their old inefficient technology and fall in love with the modern PC. 

WHAT WE DID:

Designed the #FindYourNewPCLove campaign and launched it across Asia.

A fun, creative and humorous campaign using the metaphor of love to make the younger generation relate to the old PC being like a bad relationship. Execution included unique viral video content, social and digital, in-store takeovers and dating PR events.

RESULTS:

The most complex campaign in the region, with Intel as a partner and multiple product vendors, across 5 countries and 3 languages.

Achieved huge social engagement with viral spread, positive media attention.

SUSTAINABLE FASHION, FOR CONSUMERS WHO DON'T WANT TO COMPROMISE ON STYLE

THE CLIENT'S CHALLENGE:

365Dry produced high-quality fashion rain ponchos and wanted to move their business into a sustainable model, grow sales and expand global reach.

WHAT WE DO:

BITE manage all marketing for 365Dry. We developed the strategy to position them as a sustainable business, modernised the brand for a conscious audience, and implemented the channels for fast growth- for both consumer and retail distribution.

RESULTS:

  • Consumer sales growth at 500% YoY.

  • Fully operational e-commerce platform.

  • Grown retail and distribution network x 8, including now stocking with ASOS, Europe's largest online retailer.

  • Entered 5 new territories.

  • Organically grown social followers x 6.

  • 4 x collaboration agreement with top fashion and sustainable brands..

MAKING A STAND IN STADIUMS

THE CLIENT'S CHALLENGE:

365Dry also had dreams of developing a white license business, specifically to replace the one-use plastic ponchos used at large sporting events. With The Rugby World Cup 2019 fast approaching, they had a large ambition of becoming an official licensed product.

WHAT WE DO:

BITE developed a strategy for approaching IMG, the license holders for RWC 2019, and developed all the necessary brand pitch documentation, being actively involved in the negotiation and on-site pitch in Tokyo, Japan. 

 

Following the award of the license, we managed the consumer and retail marketing in the lead up to and during the event. Post-event we also continue to find new opportunities with sports teams to continue to grow in this market.

RESULTS:

  • Awarded official license and global rights, which is very unique for a small business.

  • Achieved sales target and goal of recycling one million plastic bottles.

  • Developed new sports distribution network, including 2 of the largest in the sports industry.

MENTAL HEALTH CARE FOR

SUBSTANCE ABUSE ISSUES

THE CLIENT'S CHALLENGE:

21Renew supports addicts, alcoholics and people with substance abuse issues with their luxury facilities in Bali, Indonesia. The challenge for them was to build awareness and clientele, while keeping their ethics and values true, in a highly-competitive indsutry.

WHAT WE DO:

BITE manage all marketing for 21Renew. We developed the strategy to keep them honest in what they do and how they can help, with no hard sell tactics, and a genuine care for their customers and prospects health. We re-designed the brand, developed messaging to really speak to their customers as people. Then we implemented this by building a new website, updating social channels and all marketing materials.

Due to advertising restrictions in this industry, a lot of focus is put into SEO, and organically attracting customers already looking for these kinds of services.

RESULTS:

  • Doubled search hits in the first month of launch.

  • Reduced bounce rate on website by 75%

  • Increased incoming leads by 400%

  • Grown social media followers organically ten times in first 3 months.

WHAT WE DID:

Supported the marketing team with content and social strategy and managed the content and social organic growth.

- Increased social following organically by 2,900% in first year.

EDUCATION AND PLAY

THROUGH VIRTUAL REALITY

THE CLIENT'S CHALLENGE:

White Rabbit brought the first Virtual Reality studio to Bali, Indonesia. They wanted to create a different, fun and educational space available for all.

 

WHAT WE DID:

Developed the launch startegy and managed launch activity for 4 months through to handing the program over for business as usual. Tactics included, influencer engagement, social media, local business and press affiliation, customer communication, loyalty program and ongoing live event schedule.

RESULTS:

- Grew organic customer base from nothing, to a steady following and 20% customer return rate.

- Sourced and nurtured over 20 business affiliate relationships.

- Reached base sales goals within 4 months.

TO MAKE A DIFFERENCE

THE CLIENT'S CHALLENGE:

Launch new brand, Salty Hair, to a niche audience of conscious female surfers. A commercial business balanced with true values to make a difference to environmental consumerism issues.

 

WHAT WE DO:

Develop marketing strategy and go to market plan. Build of e-commerce platform, supporting the acquisition of retail partners and develop thoroughly researched content to support the blog.
